When are the group coaching sessions?
We will meet THE FIRST WEDNESDAY of every month at:
4:30 PST | 5:30 MT | 6:30 CST | 7:30 EST
Each session is 90 minutes.
What topics will you cover?
We will cover topics that fall under the 4 pillars to creating a successful salon:
- Leadership and Leadership styles
- Team and Salon Culture
- Systems and Processes
- Finances aka Budgeting, profit margins, and pricing.
What if I want to cancel my subscription to Synergy Elite?
Synergy Elite comes with no contracts and you can cancel anytime.
As a former commission owner of 11 years and stylist of 20 years, I TOTALLY understand how overwhelming it can be to grow a business and lead a team of people.
